Face: heat 3 to 4 drops of oil in the palm of your hands, apply to the face in an upward and outwards motion.

Prickly pear oil can be applied day or night. However, for a better anti-wrinkle effect we recommend applying it at night.

Hair: apply ten drops on lengths and ends, leave on for 30 minutes then shampoo.
